There are 3 methods that can be used to present this training course. The Classroom Method, the FAST METHOD, and the Self-Learning Method.

The time required for the Classroom is 2 or 3 days. The number of auditors being trained and the experience of these people will affect the time required for classroom training.

Most organizations use the FAST METHOD. Trainees are given reading assignments that are followed by a 1-2 hour review session.

The Self-Learning method has the trainee read the materials and this is followed by one or more review sessions.

Auditor training should include providing auditors with the actual experience of conducting an audit. The Trainer Manual has instructions for the Trainer on how to plan and conduct a supervised audit that provides this experience for auditors.
